These terms are the agreement between you and Solutionever Technologies ("eHelp", "we") for using eHelp.xyz and its related pages and services (the "platform"). Please read them together with the documents they refer to, such as the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Marketplace and Provider Terms and the Payments and Billing Terms.
1. What eHelp is
eHelp is an online platform where people ask for help, offer help, join communities and, when they want to, hire each other for paid work.
- Community Help is free, voluntary help between members, mostly in communities.
- Paid work is agreed between a customer and a provider on eHelp and paid through eHelp.
eHelp is currently offered to people in India only. Prices are in Indian rupees. We may open eHelp to other countries later and will update these terms when we do.
eHelp provides the tools for discovery, communication, payment and trust. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, eHelp is not a party to the agreement between the members who do work together and does not perform the work itself.
2. Who can use eHelp
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may have one personal account. You must not create accounts to get around a restriction or suspension.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Using eHelp responsibly
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Community Guidelines. In short: be honest, be respectful, keep people safe, and keep paid work and payments on eHelp.
4. Paid work and payments
If you hire or are hired through eHelp, the Marketplace and Provider Terms and the Payments and Billing Terms also apply. Payments for paid work must go through eHelp. Asking for, offering or making payment outside eHelp for work found or agreed on eHelp is not allowed.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (profile text, photos, requests, services, posts, comments, reviews and messages). You give eHelp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt it (for example, resizing a photo) only as needed to run, show and improve the platform, and to keep records where the law or our policies require it. More detail is in the User-Generated Content Policy.
6. Safety and verification
We take safety seriously and provide tools such as reporting, blocking, identity checks and held payments. We cannot check everything members say or do, and a badge only means what its description says. Please read the Safety Policy. eHelp is not an emergency service: see the Emergency and Medical Assistance Disclaimer.
7. Fees
Fees for paid work are shown before you pay or accept work. We may change fees for the future; changes never affect a payment that has already been made.
8. Problems between members
If something goes wrong with paid work, use the task page or the Dispute Policy. For other problems, report the member or content, or contact the Support Center.
9. Restrictions, suspension and termination
We may warn members, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our policies, as described in the Account Suspension and Termination Policy. Where an action can be appealed, the notice tells you how. You can close your account at any time from your settings, subject to finishing or settling any open work and payments.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, eHelp does not promise that the platform will always be available or free of errors, or that any member, content or service is suitable for your needs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, eHelp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of members. The exact limits of our liability will be stated here after legal review.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version is kept and can be read in the version history. If a change is material, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the features it affects.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts that handle disputes about these terms will be stated here after legal review.
