About eHelp

People helping people

Everyone needs help sometimes. Everyone has something they can help with. eHelp connects the two.

One account, both sides

On eHelp you don't pick between being a "customer" or a "helper". The same account lets you ask for help, offer help, volunteer, or earn from your skills, and you can switch whenever you like.

Two kinds of help

Paid work and services are real jobs with a price: ASK → DISCOVER → CONNECT → AGREE → PAY → HELP → COMPLETE → RATE → TRUST. The customer pays through eHelp, the money is held until the work is confirmed, and then it's released to the helper.

Community Help is free and happens online in Communities: ASK → ANSWER → THANK. When someone needs hands-on work, members hire each other through eHelp with a custom offer, never outside eHelp.

The eHelp loop

  • Ask: ask a community for free advice, or post a paid request to hire someone.
  • Match & connect: people nearby with the right skills respond, and you choose who helps.
  • Help & complete: the task gets done and is marked complete.
  • Rate & trust: both people rate each other. Reviews exist only for real, completed interactions.
  • Earn: helpers who charge build a paid reputation; volunteers build a community one.

What's live today

eHelp is being built in careful phases. Today you can claim your username, set up your profile, ask for help, offer help, create paid services, request services, message the people involved and choose your helper. Payments, ratings and more verification options come in later updates.

Safety and privacy

We never show your exact address. Location is used only as an approximate area for matching. eHelp does not offer medical treatment: patient help means everyday care, such as hospital drop and pickup, staying with a patient and care at home. Emergency help will only open when strong verification, moderation and privacy protections are in place.
