eHelp respects the intellectual property of others and asks members to do the same.
Copyright
Only upload photos, text and other material that you created or have permission to use. Service photos and descriptions must be your own or properly licensed.
Trademarks
Do not use someone else's brand name or logo in a way that suggests they endorse you or that you are them. Saying that you repair a particular brand of appliance is fine; pretending to be that brand is not.
Uploads, service descriptions and community content
The same rules apply to profile photos, service listings, help requests, community posts, comments and any file you upload.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on eHelp infringes your copyright or trademark, send a report to hello@ehelp.xyz or through the Support Center with:
- your name and contact details;
- what work or mark you believe is infringed;
- the link to the content on eHelp;
- why you believe it infringes your rights;
- a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
You can also use the Report link next to the content and choose "Copyright or IP issue".
What we do
We review each report. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the content and tell the member who posted it. The member can respond if they believe the report is mistaken; we may restore the content if the response is convincing and the law allows it.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's rights may be restricted or closed.
eHelp's own marks
The eHelp name and logo belong to Solutionever Technologies. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
