eHelp helps people find each other, agree paid work, communicate and pay safely. It is important to understand what that does and does not mean.
What eHelp does
- Provides discovery, messaging, offers, tasks, bookings, payments, reviews and disputes.
- Holds customer payments until the work is confirmed or a dispute is decided.
- Shows badges whose meaning is explained on each badge.
- Acts on reports and safety signals.
What providers are responsible for
Providers are responsible for the services they offer and deliver: their quality, safety and legality, and any licence, registration, insurance or tax that applies to them.
What eHelp does not guarantee
- eHelp does not automatically check or guarantee a provider's qualifications, licences or experience.
- A badge only means what its description says. For example, "Identity Verified" means eHelp checked a government ID at that time; it is not a background check or a qualification check.
- eHelp does not guarantee the outcome, quality or timing of any work.
Make informed decisions
Read profiles, reviews and service descriptions, ask questions before hiring, and use eHelp's payment protection by paying only through eHelp.
Categories that need more
Some categories may require additional verification before services can be offered in them. Where that applies, the category page will say so.
